HR Supervisor


  • To be fit in this role you will need:
  • Korean language skills is a must
  • Excellent English skills both in oral and writing
  • Detail in nature
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Min 5 years of working experience in the same position & able to carry out all the responsibillities below
  • The responsibility shall include:


  • End to end processing of company’s payroll
  • Collate and prepare payroll related data such as employee absence report, overtime, etc
  • Preparation of payroll related reports for managers
  • Termination, redudancy, allowance calculations as required


  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; participated in job fairs, using company website, and job sites
  • Arrange first and second interview by coordinating schedule with related division
  • Prepare interview report and profile for managers


  • Prepare contracts as required; making contract, discussing contract with employee, request performance evaluation to managers as necessary
  • Maintain employee data
  • Update and maintain employee annual leave data
  • Manage employee’s health insurance; collate data, register and unregistered carrier, contract renewal, corresponding with insurance company as necessary
  • Jamsostek calculation; register and unregister member, make Jamsostek report every month
  • Manage BPJS Kesehatan; Regster and unregister member
