• Coordination and follow up with agencies / suppliers for outstanding invoices, proofs of performance, etc. Upon receipt, he/she needs to document, check and forward to the users for processing
• Organization and effective filing of marketing related documents and files such as Final Artwork (FA), memos, competitive material, etc
• Accomplishing regular marketing related reports/documents like budget sheets, execution guides, KPI monitoring, etc
• Provide supports for CA&C Manager on PPO/purchasing related documentation, This includes, but not limited to, drafting Purchase Requisition (PR) and signing PR as requestor.
