HR GENERALIST

SUN EDUCATION, PT (SUN EDUCATION GROUP)

Responsibilities :

• Assist employees with work matters, career development, personal problems, etc
• Staff recruitment and selection process
• Monitoring staff performance and attendance activities
• Personnel Administration (include developing & maintaining action programs, files, reports, logs & other records to confirm to current regulations)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Law or HR Management
• Male / Female, max 25 years old
• 2 years experience in HR generalist
• Fluent in English both spoken or written
• In depth knowledge in HR Process
• Willing to be place in Kebon Jeruk – West Jakarta

Soft Skills:

• Good listener, creative & friendly
• Detail oriented & well organized
• Good communicator with strong leadership skill
• Effective written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, policies and procedures
