We are currently looking for highly motivated and qualified individual to fill the following position in our support operations .

GENERAL AFFAIR ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

(GENERAL AFFAIR DEPARTMENT)

GA Administrative Staff shall:

Responsible for administration and document asset

Provide daily office supplies and stationeries, non-aeronautical items

Manage store and monitoring value reduction for company asset

Requirements:

Male or Female, not over than 30 years old

Holding at least Economy, Computer Accounting or Accounting Diploma degree from reputable education institution

Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written

At least 2 (two) years experiences as General Affair Staff

Familiar with General Affair function, especially in Value Reduction for Company Asset

Familiar with inventory, logistic and store procedure

Excellent administration skill, hard worker and self motivated

Smart, fast learner and confident to interact with all levels internally and externally

Having good interpersonal skills, attractive appearance and professional work attitude
